Refunds and Returns
All goods are guaranteed against defects in manufacture. If for some reason you are not happy with the product received, please email us directly at gilli@gillipepperjewellery.com.au with a brief description of the issue. All issues will be addressed on a case by case basis and corrected or replaced if necessary. We cannot replace in the case of metal tarnishing or wear and tear that has occurred due the treatment and wear of the piece. We will happily accept pieces back for polishing in the case of tarnishing or mild surface scratching, at the owner's shipping expense. Gilli Pepper Jewellery does not take responsibility for issues that arise from mishandling of the pieces after shipping, however we will always try to work with you to ensure your piece looks good for years to come.
Gift Cards cannot be returned for cash refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gilli@gillipepperjewellery.com.au

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
